About Trey and Amber

Hey there, Amber here..

I’m starting my junior year at Union University this fall and couldn’t be more excited! I’m a psychology major and will be attending New Orleans seminary after Union to pursue a masters in counseling. I’ve been engaged since July 17th to the love of my life and I’m so excited to see where the Lord will be leading our marriage and our future! I have a wonderful nephew named Ethan who I love with all my heart and he just turned 4 years old this year! The Lord is my rock and my shelter and without him I would be nothing.  He has blessed me so abundantley with things I dont deserve and I am so thankful for Jesus Christ dying on that cross for my filthy sins. I’m so happy that I am saved by grace and by my Jesus!

Well I am about to start my senior year in college at Union University, majoring in Christian Studies and minoring in Human Studies, emphasizing mainly on Psychology and Sociology.  I am engaged to the most beautiful girl in the world, and the love of my life since July 17th 2009!!!  I cannot be happier!!!  God has been doing some amazing work through the both of us, both separately and together and I cannot wait to see what else He has planned for us.  The next step God has shown us is to start our graduate work at New Orleans Seminary in about two years.  I also love music and have been given the opportunity to go record with a best friend in Oklahoma City with the drummer, Dustin Ragland, from Charlie Hall.  So needless to say, the direction God is sending me is still up in the air because I have answered my calling to full vocational ministry but which direction i still do not know just yet.  It can either be through music, pastoral ministry or possibly head over seas to Europe.  We will just have to wait and see.  One event I am looking forward to is getting married and starting the next chapter in life.  It is going to be amazing!!!  All i want to do is serve and follow God and the plans He has set forth for me in my life!!!
